Koshy colour coats has over 11 years experience in the powder coating industry, and is situated close to Chennai Ambattur, Plot No.23, Pada Salai 2nd Cross Street, Mel Ayanambakkam Ambattur Chennai 600095. Ours company is working on contract basic and we are now contracting with 10 companies. We have 7 tank pre-treatment with drying oven, two manual sprayers, plus a 250℃ curing oven. There are total 12 people working in our company.
Powder coating
Powder coating is a modern, more environmentally-friendly alternative to traditional wet painting. Minute powder particles are applied to a metal object or component using an electrostatic spray process, which causes the powder to adhere to the metal surface. After spraying, the component is cured in an oven at up to 250°C. This process then melts the powder onto the metal creating a highly finished and durable coating.

Inspection and Quality
All work is inspected on end of line, and we have facilities to inspect off-line if necessary. We can offer a pre-treatment of iron phosphate that will give 450 hours salt spray. We also offer excellent aesthetics for decorative work.
